All ready to ship items will be dispatched from our end within 24-72 hours . However there can be slight delays in deliveries owing to the lockdown restrictions set up by your city or state. Please note if your area comes under – Only Essential Deliveries. Your package will dispatch once courier companies start accepting packages to your pincode.
COD is available for maximum value of INR5000 per Order. Kindly email us at support@ewindia.in for any order related queries.

General Policy:
At ewindia, Orders are usually shipped within 1-10 working days after placement. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes 5-7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Weekends and bank holidays are non-working at Electronics Wholesale.
Locations of delivery:
Metros: Please allow 5-7 working days for the courier to be delivered post-dispatch.
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5-15 working days for the courier to be delivered post-dispatch.
We use premium Delivery Services and you will receive tracking details by SMS and email upon dispatch. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed in case of any unforeseen delay with your order.
International Shipping is now being offered by Electronics Wholesale. We are shipping internationally via FEDEX. The shipping charges depend on your country of purchase and order volume & weight and will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 15-25 working days for International Orders to reach after they have been shipped. Electronics Wholesale cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is not collected by the consignee.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
